About the project

Tibicena is a series of short films rooted in Canarian aboriginal mythology. Echeide, a Guanche warrior who loses his family in the Castilian conquest, makes a pact with Guayota, the demon of Mount Teide. I wrote, directed and edited it, using generative AI to give shape to a world that only existed in stories.
